Girls Who Game – IRL: Participant Intake Form

Complete the form below to express interest in joining our next GWG IRL cohort. A member of our team will follow up with more details and next steps. We’ll do our best to ensure all participants can be included and supported in a way that feels safe and empowering. As part of the process, an intake call will help us determine how to best support your child and the group as a whole.

Next Step: Meet & Greet Call

Following a discovery call - to help ease the transition and build initial rapport, our group facilitator, Emily, will schedule a 15-minute introductory call with your teen. This informal conversation is an opportunity for Emily to:

  • Introduce herself to your teen in a low-pressure, friendly way

  • Get a sense of your teen’s personality and interests

  • Begin creating a safe and welcoming connection before the first session

We find that this step helps reduce anxiety, improves comfort levels, and sets the tone for a successful group experience.

Once the meet-and-greet call is complete and your teen is interested in pursuing attending the group, we will proceed with final registration, payment (AFU or private), and onboarding.

If you have any questions about this process, feel free to reach out at any time.
