-
No. While we specialize in supporting neurodivergent children, a formal diagnosis is not required to work with us. Families experiencing challenges with behaviour, routines, sleep, or communication are welcome to reach out regardless of whether their child has received a diagnosis.
-
Our sleep specialists work with clients from age 2 through adulthood. Whether you have a toddler struggling with bedtime routines or a teenager whose sleep has completely unraveled, our team has the experience to help. Because we approach sleep through a behaviour science lens, we're particularly effective for children and adults whose challenges are tied to habits, routines, anxiety, or sensory sensitivities — common in neurodivergent individuals.
-
Not in the traditional sense. Our approach goes well beyond basic sleep training. We look at the full picture: your child's sensory environment, bedtime routines, emotional regulation, co-sleeping patterns, and underlying behaviours. Every plan is individualized to your child and family — we don't use a one-size-fits-all method.

Speech and language services are provided by Hannah Coo, our speech-language pathologist. Hannah brings a play-based, relationship-focused approach that honours each child's uniqueness and lets child-led interactions drive progress. She works closely with the behaviour team so that your child receives fully coordinated care.
