Who is this handbook right for?


This handbook is for you if you need some structure and strategy for first steps to solving your sleep problems. If you are struggling to quiet your mind at bedtime, having difficulty falling asleep, waking up in the middle of the night or just feeling like your sleep quality is not where it should be, then I invite you to start here!

I designed this handbook because I found myself repeating a similar process for many clients and the results for implementing this Phase 1 of support was surprisingly awesome and quick!

These are all strategies that I also have brought into my life and flexibly build them into my daily habits and routines to help set my mind and body up for a good night’s sleep.
